Celebrating 40 years of presence in Italy, Porsche Italia has teamed up with fashion house Salvatore Ferragamo to launch two special editions: the 911 Carrera 4 GTS and the Taycan 4S. This partnership goes beyond mere cosmetic appeal: it fuses cutting-edge automotive engineering with a truly unique haute couture aesthetic.
Inspired by a shade of blue featured in Ferragamo creations, the Blusogno colour was developed through Porsche’s Paint to Sample Plus programme. This dream‑blue is applied to both the exterior and interior, complemented by subtle hand-painted white accents and wheels in the same hue, contrasted by delicate pinstripes.
Innovative materials: when wood dresses in Blusogno
The interior reveals a surprise: blue-dyed Paldao wood trim, a first in Porsche’s history, reflecting Ferragamo’s creative boldness in exploring unconventional materials. The refinement of Blusogno leather is evident on the seats, the GT steering wheel and the central console, elevating the interior to a new level of sophistication, enhanced by delicate Pebble Grey stitching.
In terms of performance, these models make no compromises. The 911 Carrera 4 GTS retains its 3.0-litre biturbo engine with 473 horsepower, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds, reaching a top speed of 309 km/h. The 100% electric Taycan 4S delivers 522 horsepower with the optional Performance Battery Plus, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and offering an estimated range of 489 km according to the WLTP cycle – proof that elegance can also be electrified.
A discreet yet powerful design approach
These limited editions are available exclusively on the Italian market, reinforcing their collectible nature and the deep connection to Porsche’s heritage in Italy.
This collaboration between Porsche and Ferragamo represents the height of sophistication: advanced automotive technology combined with luxurious materials and elegantly detailed design. A perfect marriage of German precision and Italian elegance, ideal for true connoisseurs of luxury.
