The venue on Rua do Teixeira, inaugurated in 2009, was a pioneer in introducing an accessible tasting menu without compromising the excellence and boldness that define the chef. In 2019, Ljubomir took another step forward with the opening of the current 100 Maneiras, just two doors up from the original, at Rua do Teixeira No. 39. Nine months after its opening, it was included in the 50 Best Discovery list, compiled by the organisation behind The World’s 50 Best, and just a year later, it was awarded a Michelin star (2020-2024).
