Fendi, which will celebrate its centenary in 2025, joins forces with the American footwear icon Red Wing, marking its 120th anniversary, to unveil a boot that embodies savoir-faire and strength.
This collaboration goes beyond aesthetics, redefining the concept of the modern woman. Inspired by the legendary Red Wing Heritage Classic Moc, originally designed in 1952 as a durable work boot, Fendi transforms it into a bold statement of femininity. The result is a surprising fusion of Fendi’s luxurious Cuoio Romano leather, characteristic sienna red and beige tones, and the intricate hand-stitching Selleria, perfectly combined with Red Wing’s renowned structure and durability.
The iconic FF weave, a hallmark of Fendi craftsmanship, is meticulously threaded by hand in Tuscany, with each pair requiring five hours of artisanal precision before being assembled in the United States using Red Wing’s century-old shoemaking traditions.
With more than 30 artisans and 80 steps involved in the creation of each pair, these boots are not merely crafted, they are born from a legacy of excellence. As Silvia Venturini Fendi states, “These boots are made for walking. They are made for busy women!”
Walking with confidence between heritage and modernity, the Fendi x Red Wing boots are a bold testament to fashion that works as hard as the women who wear them.
