Inspired by the iconic Bird on a Rock by Jean Schlumberger, this reimagined capsule collection gathers some of nature’s rarest treasures – natural saltwater pearls – and combines them with Tiffany’s unparalleled craftsmanship.
Under the artistic direction of Nathalie Verdeille, the collection deftly balances fantasy and sophistication. The resplendent pearls, sourced from the Gulf and selected by expert Hussein Al Fardan, enrich Schlumberger’s legacy with a fresh creative vision. Each pearl, the acquisition of which in some cases took several decades, takes centre stage, with a delicate bird perched atop baroque or teardrop-shaped gemstones, evoking the perfect harmony between nature and art.
The collection is divided into distinct chapters, each celebrating natural elements and Schlumberger’s emblematic motifs. The Acorn and Oak Leaf designs capture the essence of autumn, while the Cascade chapter reflects the asymmetry of flora. Meanwhile, the Ribbons series, a tribute to Schlumberger’s connection to the textile world, intertwines strands of pearls with diamond ribbons.
