David Rosas, a cornerstone in the world of luxury jewellery and watchmaking in Portugal, has just unveiled its latest collection, designed and produced by the brand. Named Connexion, this exclusive line, combining gold and diamonds, is inspired by a historic collection launched in the 1930s by Rosas de Portugal, a company founded by David Rosas’ paternal grandfather. The new collection celebrates connections between people, the past, and the future, reflecting Portuguese tradition, excellence, and craftsmanship.
Pedro Rosas, CEO of the brand, highlights the significance of this new collection: “These pieces of jewellery span generations, connecting our tradition and excellence with the future.” The collection consists of interlinked yellow gold and exceptionally brilliant diamonds, forming the basis of a line of necklaces, earrings, rings, and bracelets. The Connexion concept symbolises relationships between people, with jewellery emerging as one of their most powerful representations. As Pedro Rosas explains, “Many of our clients, whether long-standing or visiting Portugal, take with them pieces that become etched in their memories, associated with loved ones or specific moments in life.” The brand draws inspiration from these connections, creating timeless pieces through both design and materials.
David Rosas, which recently opened the only Patek Philippe boutique in the Iberian Peninsula, is presenting this new collection in all its stores, located in Porto, Lisbon, Quinta do Lago, and Funchal. The brand’s boutiques also showcase some of the most prestigious jewellery names, such as Chaumet, Chopard, Luísa Rosas, FRED, Repossi, and Dinh Van, as well as watchmaking brands like Rolex, Grand Seiko, Hublot, H. Moser & Cie, Zenith, and Panerai, in addition to the aforementioned Patek Philippe.
