We can find a beauty that no longer exists elsewhere.” He adds, “The Portuguese are like a disease you catch, or like a drug you become addicted to.” Perhaps inspired by all this, one of his latest creations is distinctly Portuguese: he defied gravity and made coffee flow upside down for a well-known brand, leaving everyone astonished by his invention. His work is immortalised in homes, films, and numerous tourist installations around the world.
