Classics such as Grease, Notting Hill, Dirty Dancing or A Star Is Born, which brought Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper together on the big screen, are the choices for Valentine’s Day.
The evening will begin with a welcome drink and a menu orchestrated by the culinary artistry of Executive Chef Patrick Lefeuvre ¬ who will offer a symphony of flavors inspired by love stories. The grand finale at the table? An exclusive dessert made by Chef Joel Simões.
Signature cocktails and an exclusive menu
The sensory journey begins with a toast to love and special moments with the welcome cocktail and a choice of three starters: the Passion Café, the King Crab and Apple, and the Vieras Coradas and Papada Ibérica. For the fish dish, the suggestion goes to Sea Bass in Papelot, Vegetable Compote with Orange and Bivalve Emulsion. This is followed by the palate-cleansing Citrus Grannise. The highlight of the meat dish is the Wagyu A5 with Garlic and Shallot Compote, Green Asparagus, and Black Truffle. To finish, during an exchange of glances with sweetness, the Almond Brulée with Red Fruits and Raspberry Sorbet.
The dinner menu includes soft drinks, coffee, and mignardises and an exclusive entertainment program with performances by singers and entertainers who promise to melt the hearts of lovers. Vegetarian options and alternatives for other dietary restrictions are also available, as indicated when booking.
Throughout dinner, let yourself be carried away by the magic of the show The Power of Love with themes from the films Grease, Dirty Dancing, Ghost, and Back to the Future, among others that are part of the collective memory of several generations.

The SUD Pool Lounge, located on the top floor of the restaurant, with its infinity pool – considered the most “Instagrammable” in Lisbon – offers a dinnatoire menu consisting of Vieras and Truffle, Tartare of Veal and Spicy Rabano, Lime and Gamba Lista Risotto, Sea Bass in Papelote, Confit of Ossobuco and Potato Foam, and Almond Brulée, including the welcome cocktail, Divai wines, soft drinks and coffee.
