We are in the final stretch of 2023, and it is inevitable to reflect on what we have achieved, what we wished we had done, and the path we want to follow. For me, this is an important moment of consideration, where I evaluate the right decisions and those that could have been better. It’s time to take stock of the year, absorb the lessons and experiences, and carry that knowledge with me into the next 365 days of 2024. With renewed hope, I propose to set goals; it’s with optimism that I envision the future, sharing the most significant moments of the year at the F Club.
Reflecting on the F Club’s activity and the upcoming news for 2024, I fondly recall the many businesswomen who have passed through this business club, experiencing moments of accomplishment and learning, sharing their own paths, difficulties, and triumphs. Many connections have been fostered by the F Club! Looking back personally, I believe I have contributed to many connections, just as I believe I have helped cultivate many good relationships that have blossomed in the various club meetings. It pleases me to see that so many members have benefited from participating in F Club events. It has been a fruitful journey in good contacts, and, although not always straightforward, it has been worth traversing this path.
In 2024, based on a renewed approach, the F Club will remain true to its name but with an innovative aspect. Next year, the club will be a hub dedicated to showcasing exceptional brands and projects, and an exclusive stage for highlighting companies. The F Club will focus on expanding the visibility of its partners, providing a unique and sophisticated environment, and maintaining the essential support of F Luxury as a significant media partner.
I take this review to emphasize that in 2024, the club’s main focus will be on expanding the visibility of the involved companies, driving their continuous growth. By joining the F Club, each company will have the opportunity to present its brand and project, as well as reveal its values, during the events planned for the next year—which always include the presence of notable personalities in the luxury segment, selected by me.
Regarding the retrospective, the first F Club event of 2023 took place early in the year, in January, celebrating the sharing of contacts. The Villa Atlântico restaurant welcomed jewelry designer Luísa Rosas as the guest speaker for this lunch, meticulously decorated by Patrícia Barreiro and her Menta Dourada, with Sisley Paris as the beauty brand for this first event.
In two years of existence, one F Club event coincided with International Women’s Day, making the March lunch even more special, as it is a club where women are the main focus. Mónica Seabra-Mendes, one of the leading experts in the luxury segment in Portugal, was the guest speaker for this lunch, held at the Lisbon Marriott Hotel, in a room adorned by Sofia Gama from The Event Co. With great pride, we managed to have Dior associate with this event as the beauty brand.
In a different setting, in May, some F Club members attended the beauty event that brought together Clarins and F Luxury at JNcQUOI Club. During this beauty action, the new Hydra-Essentiel line was presented, as well as the new texture of the iconic Double Serum. This was a unique opportunity for the guests to learn more about the proven benefits of Clarins products.
Also in May, another beauty event was held, featuring the renowned beauty brand Guerlain, providing a select group of F Club guests with the unique opportunity to discover the luxurious Orchidée Impériale skincare line. The event took place in the elegant hall of the Farol Hotel, during breakfast, where guests had the opportunity to experience and learn about the benefits of the exclusive ingredients found in this line.
With May almost ending, in an atmosphere reminiscent of Sicilian summer, the F Club welcomed its members and guests at Quinta da Pimenteira in Lisbon for a new sharing of stories of entrepreneurial women. The various tables were decorated with flowers and unique touches by Liz Garden, in a lunch created exclusively by the executive chef of Imppacto, which also featured Clarins as the exclusive brand.
In June, the Omega boutique in Lisbon held an exclusive event to present the Aqua Terra Shade line, especially dedicated to a group of F Club guests. This turned out to be an experience where everyone present could personally get to know the new watches from the collection.
In the midst of summer, the July event took place in a palatial setting at The One Palácio da Anunciada. The lunch, held in the impressive Sala dos Espelhos, one of the most beautiful rooms in this palace, had the support of the luxury Japanese beauty brand Sensai, through its Director Marta Black.
In September, welcoming the rentrée, it was Sheraton Cascais Resort’s turn to host all guests in a relaxed late afternoon for an unforgettable F Club sunset dînatoire. With the support of Porsche and the partnership of other brands, good vibes dominated in a glamorous setting full of sharing moments. This event became even more special because it featured performances by artists from PMP Eventos.
Also in September, it was time for Clarins to present its eagerly awaited line of luxury products: Clarins Precious. This exclusive event, held at Clube JNcQuoi, for a group of F Club guests, testified to Clarins’ commitment to providing high-quality products and exceptional experiences.
The month of November was beginning when, in a joint action with Clarins, at Senhora da Guia Cascais Boutique Hotel, a select group of women and young women, mothers and daughters, came together for an afternoon of beauty. The event featured personalized skin care information and demonstrations, while F Club guests and their daughters enjoyed special moments together.
And the year ended, with the F Club celebrating three years in November, at the panoramic restaurant Eleven in Lisbon. With table decorations and floral arrangements by the always creative and surprising Cláudia Perdigão, this lunch had Joana Esteves as the guest speaker, presenting her brand, Josefinas. Eisenberg Paris was the beauty brand for this event.
I take this opportunity to wish everyone, members, followers, partners, and friends, a Christmas full of joy and happiness. May the year 2024 bring prosperity, and may we renew our plans to face new challenges. May this end of the year not be just a break between celebrations and rest but a moment of reflection and rediscovery of ourselves, where we can reassess our priorities.
