Curated by Ricardo Vieira, there are signature cocktails, champagne, and sparkling wines, with the Venezia standing out as one of its signature cocktails, featuring vodka, strega liqueur, lime, and basil. In turn, the harmonization with the range of beverages was the starting point for the gastronomic creations of Fábio Alves, who created a menu that can be divided into two parts. One for sharing, featuring caviars, oysters, and seafood, to pair with champagne. The other focuses on snacks more oriented towards the bar component.
One of the glamorous snacks on the menu is caviar accompanied by sour cream, boiled egg, blinis, and toasts. The smoked lily bruschetta with crème fraîche and wild trout roe also stands out and pairs well with cocktails. Among others and more substantial, there is the matured loin burger with portobello mushroom, egg, cheddar cheese, caper sauce, and handmade potato.
