The interior design collection by Karl Lagerfeld Maison was introduced for the first time during Milan Design Week 2023 and is now available for pre-order at the brand’s showroom in Milan. The collection comprises several furniture groups, organized according to the names of Karl Lagerfeld’s favorite neighborhoods in Paris, reflecting the perfect blend of contemporary creativity and exquisite craftsmanship.
The Saint-Guillaume living room collection includes sofas, armchairs, and a series of coffee tables that embody a minimalist yet striking aesthetic. The line was inspired by Karl Lagerfeld’s office in his Paris home, the setting where the creator let his ideas, creativity, and expressive designs take flight.
The silhouettes of each piece are rooted in soft spheres and delicate oval shapes, infused with a touch of Art Déco inspiration, something Lagerfeld deeply admired. The resulting ambiance is comfortable and intimate, with a note of neutral sophistication and meticulous details, where nothing is left to chance.
The sofa, available in two or three seats, features a two-tone design: the front is upholstered in fabric or leather, and the back is clad in Brick eco-leather with a suede-like appearance. The frame comes in various wood options: American Walnut Matte, Black Coffee Bamboo Matte, Dark Stained Oak or Grey Stained Oak Matte. The same materials are used in the Saint-Guillaume armchair, ensuring a consistent aesthetic across the elements of the armchair.
The coffee tables come in three different dimensions. The structures are made of metals in distinct colors and finishes; the tabletop finishes vary among the three sizes and are available in wood or a lacquered colorful version.
Each collection from Karl Lagerfeld Maison is conceived and designed in collaboration with a different invited partner; this season, it was created in partnership with Matteo Nunziati.
