The new menus at the Akla Restaurant and Uptown bar, aligned with the scents of the season, are ready to be savored by lovers of fine dining and excellent cocktails. Whether for lunch or dinner, at the Akla Restaurant, you can start your meal with an Akla Signature Couvert Focaccia with Kalamata Olives and order one or several of the delicious appetizers, such as the Mozambique Shrimp Pica Pau with Garlic and Piri Piri. The main dishes are equally tempting, ranging from Grilled Entrecote with Sweet Potato and Garlic Chips to Braised Grouper Loin with Celery Head Gratin and Tarragon Sauce, and including Chanterelle Mushroom Risotto with Saffron Threads and Caramelized Chives. You can also choose the freshness and lightness of one of the salads on the menu.
For fans of afternoon tea, the Teatime cocktail is perfect for those who enjoy aromatic infusions. The new Uptown bar menu is filled with new mixologies waiting to be sampled. The “Beirão Tonic” seems to shout autumn with its woody tones of Beirão liqueur blended with orange juice, mint, and tonic water.
