Fátima Magalhães, the mentor of the F Club project, for whom nothing is impossible, gathered for the second time more than 40 businesswomen, members, and guests, in a lunch full of success, brilliance and a positive spirit.
The second F Club business meeting took place at the end of May, in a context of some relief in the face of the pandemic months experienced globally, bringing together a group of distinguished businesswomen and prominent figures, from various quarters of Portuguese society, at a lunch guided by the sharing of experiences. This second executive lunch took place in Porto Santa Maria, one of the icons of our country, famous for its location and quality of service. The exceptional geographic setting, an organization planned and executed in detail and the feeling of enormous positivism that is brought together by women from such varied sectors, reunited after months of recollection and readaptation, accentuated a very special reunion.
What does it take to succeed in our field of activity? How to be better and help improve those who collaborate with us? How can we start a successful business path? What makes us a better leader? What mistakes should we avoid? What tools can we use to expand our business and move on to the next phase? The bimonthly lunches organized by F Club, aimed at women entrepreneurs, with consolidated careers or beginners, aim to share experiences, their key skills, successes, but also encourage a unique moment of relaxation, a break in lives troubled times, to see faces again and meet new ones, ending in a moment that always leaves good memories.
After the welcome and an introductory message, Fátima Magalhães, CEO, highlighted the main aspects of the second lunch promoted by F Club. During the meeting, businesswomen and new members of the club were introduced, and the speakers intervened.
Maria João Bahia, renowned jewelry designer and guest speaker, opened this cycle of brief interviews, introducing herself to the audience and sharing a little of her successful career and aspirations for the future. This was followed by member speakers Ana Leal, COO of the André Opticas group, Virgínia Carvalho, creative director of the Virgínia Carvalho Collection, Catarina Lopes, General Director of MagicSpa by Pestana and Marta Black, General Director of Sensai Portugal as a guest lunch special.
Brands and companies contributed to this second successful meeting, which helped to embellish and enrich the moment even more. Flowers from Boutique 107 colored and perfumed the tables and were offered to the intervening speakers at the end of lunch; The luxury brands DSquared2, Sensai, SkinLife, Baobab and Loja das Meias, invaluable partners of F Club, participated with welcome offers to new members, as well as Óscar Mendes’ Wine Executive Club. Cyrus Watches by Maison Simão was, at this second meeting, the main sponsor, and a major contribution to its realization. Last but not least, the chosen place, the Porto Santa Maria restaurant (Cascais), whose support is invaluable and without which, like all the participants, including the team, nothing would be possible with this level of quality and rigor.
At the end, Fátima Magalhães, visibly moved by the support of her partners, friends, and customers, and also by the surprise offer of a cake – as a post-celebration of her birthday – left a message of thanks and motivation, and the certainty of new encounters, some of them still surprising, in form and content, but certainly ambitious. As only a project like F Luxury and its mentor can and do manage to subscribe and give birth.
